Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist – Bulk & Sales Hiring

About the Role:
We are seeking an energetic and target-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead bulk and volume-based hiring across our Sales, Field Operations, and Medical teams. This role demands speed, coordination, and strong business partnership to ensure quick turnaround and quality hires across regions.
You’ll be responsible for building a strong talent pipeline for sales, field executives, and medical professionals (doctors, consultants), ensuring timely closures and a strong candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk, sales, doctor, and field sales positions across multiple regions.
Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce plans.
Execute high-volume recruitment drives, walk-ins, and campus hiring for sales and field roles.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, agencies, and internal databases.
Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on skill fit, communication, and cultural alignment.
Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer rollouts with speed and accuracy.
Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, dashboards, and MIS reports.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring and niche roles.
Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top sales and medical talent.
Ensure smooth onboarding experience and collaborate with HR operations for joining formalities.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Graduate or Postgraduate in HR / Business Administration.
1-2 years of experience in bulk / volume hiring, preferably in sales, field operations, or healthcare.
Proven experience in hiring doctors, field sales reps, telecallers, or on-ground teams.
Strong sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and social channels.
Ability to handle high-pressure targets and quick turnarounds.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in maintaining hiring dashboards and recruitment analytics.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
