About the Role
As PSI – the UAE’s #1 real estate company with over 1,300 employees from 50+ nationalities – continues to grow and expand into Europe, we are building a dedicated International Recruitment Team to support this exciting journey.
We’re looking for two proactive and globally minded Talent Acquisition Specialists who will help us attract top talent across European markets while also supporting our Abu Dhabi headquarters.
You’ll play a key role in shaping PSI’s international recruitment strategy, creating an outstanding candidate experience, and helping to build a high-performing, multicultural team.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Core Recruitment Activities:
- Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs across European markets and HQ functions.
- Research and analyse recruitment trends, talent availability, and market dynamics across Europe.
- Design and publish engaging job adverts tailored to diverse markets and roles.
- Contribute to PSI’s employer branding strategy and localisation across European markets.
- Take full ownership of the candidate experience – from first contact to onboarding.
Operational & Hands-On Delivery:
- Source and engage top talent through social media, events, and professional networks.
- Conduct CV screenings, phone interviews, and in-person assessments.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for local and international roles.
- Track, analyse, and report recruitment metrics for continuous improvement.
- Travel to European countries for roadshows, career fairs, and networking events.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards and PSI’s recruitment policies.
- Support onboarding, documentation, and smooth transition of new hires.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organisational Psychology, or a related field.
- Several years of recruitment experience, ideally with exposure to international or multi-market hiring.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Organised, proactive, and passionate about building strong teams.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and modern sourcing techniques.
- Experience in designing and delivering a seamless candidate journey.
- Fluency in English + at least one European language (e.g. German, Dutch, French, Italian, Spanish, Danish, Swedish, Polish, etc.) – essential for market coverage.
- Willingness to travel across Europe for recruitment initiatives.
- Note: Holding any European passport may facilitate travel for this role due to visa requirements, but applications from all qualified candidates are welcome.
