HMS Hospital in Dubai is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their HR team. This role focuses on Emiratization/Tawteen hiring, helping the hospital attract and retain top UAE talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies in line with Emiratization goals.
• Source and recruit candidates using job portals, NAFIS, and other recruitment channels.
• Support HR in workforce planning and filling vacancies across departments.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal HR policies.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist with HR systems and maintain accurate recruitment records.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related social sciences.
• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in Emiratization/Tawteen programs.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in computer applications and HR information systems.
• High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
