Drive end-to-end recruitment for sales roles
Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and develop hiring strategies
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using multiple channels
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process

What we're looking for:

2-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in sales hiring
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing tools
Experience in the healthcare or medical devices sector is a plus
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
