KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Serve as the primary point of contact for recruitment-related topics within the assigned organizational scope.

Participate in various recruitment initiatives and projects to support continuous improvement of the recruitment process.

Engage with clients on a case-by-case basis to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

Source, screen, and assess candidates according to client standards, qualifications, and project needs.

Post job openings and manage candidate pools using online recruitment platforms.
QUALIFICATION STANDARDS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 6 years of working experience, with strong knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.

Oil & Gas recruitment experience is required.
-
Ideally experienced in sectors such as Engineering, O&G, Construction, Aerospace & Defense.

Recruitment experience in the Middle East is an advantage.
-
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and managing customer expectations.
-
Experience hiring BIM resources is an added advantage.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-
A flexible, motivated team player with a client-minded, goal-oriented, and problem-solving attitude.

Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.

Solid experience using CRM software and MS Office, particularly MS Excel.

Detail-oriented and highly organized.

Must be immediately available to join.
