Responsibilities:

Leading sourcing and recruitment efforts for assigned roles

Developing proactive sourcing strategies
-
Managing the recruitment process from outreach through the offer stage

Screening and interviewing candidates to assess skills and fit
-
Supporting high-volume hiring tied to new program funding
-
Coordinating the background clearance lifecycle
-
Maintaining communication with candidates to minimize attrition
-
Tracking requisitions and candidate activity in the ATS
-
Ensuring compliance with hiring requirements
-
Providing recruitment coordination support
Qualifications:
-
2+ years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition
-
Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent experience
-
Experience with sourcing candidates for mission-driven roles
-
Familiarity with background checks or compliance-driven processes
-
Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Strong organizational and administrative skills

Strong communication skills

Ability to work effectively with managers and external partners

Detail-oriented and reliable in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications:

Experience in Case Management and/or Social Services hiring
