Talent Acquisition Specialist (Tamheer Program)

Alomar Holding Company is a diversified Saudi investment group with a strong presence in real estate development, property management, and strategic ventures. As part of our HR team in Riyadh, you will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment and onboarding of talent, helping drive the growth of our organization.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Supporting the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, CV screening, interviews, and offer management
  • Coordinating with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and requirements
  • Shortlisting candidates based on job criteria and scheduling interviews
  • Maintaining and updating candidate databases and recruitment reports
  • Assisting in employer branding initiatives and managing job postings across platforms
  • Ensuring recruitment activities are compliant with company policies and procedures
  • Supporting onboarding activities for new hires

Requirements

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Saudi national eligible for the Tamheer program
  • Professional working proficiency in Arabic and English
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
  • Basic knowledge of HR practices and recruitment processes
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with candidates for scheduling and follow-ups
  • Able to start within 2–4 weeks of offer acceptance
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Internship or co-op exposure to HR or recruitment
  • Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Bayt.com, Naukrigulf, or Indeed
  • Interest in recruitment and HR operations
  • Experience supporting employer branding initiatives
  • Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
