We’re hiring After-Sales Service Manager in the furniture industry is responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction by managing complaints, follow-up installations, providing spare parts, and offering technical support, ensuring product quality and a positive shopping experience. Key tasks include resolving customer issues, coordinating installations, handling returns, and ensuring compliance with delivery and maintenance schedules.

Main Responsibilities:

- Resolve customer complaints: Address technical or product-related issues and provide quick solutions (replacement, repair).

- Follow up on installations: Coordinate with technicians to ensure quality installation and provide periodic or emergency maintenance.

- Manage returns and warranties: Follow up on warranty contracts and implement return and exchange policies.

- Improve customer satisfaction: Collect feedback and analyze it to improve services and products.

- Prepare reports: Submit periodic reports to management on customer satisfaction and recurring issues.

Required Qualifications:

- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or after-sales management, preferably in furniture.

- Technical knowledge: Good understanding of furniture materials and types.

- Communication skills: Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.

- Ability to work under pressure: Time management and prioritization skills.
