Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute full-cycle recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals for consulting roles at all levels (Analyst to Partner).
- Partner with consulting leadership to understand workforce planning and staffing needs based on project pipelines.
- Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs through proactive sourcing strategies.
- Manage job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation in collaboration with hiring managers.
- Own and drive campus recruitment, lateral hiring, and diversity hiring initiatives for the consulting vertical.
- Leverage recruitment metrics to optimize processes and deliver data-driven hiring insights.
- Coordinate with external recruiting agencies and internal HR operations teams.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and internal processes.
- Act as an ambassador of the company brand in all candidate interactions, providing an excellent candidate experience.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and talent intelligence within the consulting industry.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in consulting or professional services hiring.
- Proven success in hiring for a variety of consulting roles, including strategy consultants, tech consultants, and project managers.
- Strong understanding of consulting business models, skills frameworks, and project-based staffing.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Job Boards, CRM tools).
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
