Job Title: Talent Assessment & Testing Director

Department: Executive Recruitment

Location: Riyadh

Reports to: CEO

Job Purpose:

The Talent Assessment & Testing Director is responsible for developing and leading the organization's talent assessment strategy. This role ensures that all pre-employment testing, leadership assessments, and employee evaluations are scientifically valid, fair, and aligned with business objectives. The Director will play a key role in shaping hiring, promotion, and development decisions through robust and data-driven evaluation frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of the company-wide talent assessment strategy.
  • Oversee the development and administration of pre-employment testing, psychometric tools, and technical evaluations.
  • Partner with executive leadership and hiring managers to align assessment practices with organizational strategy.
  • Evaluate and select best-in-class assessment tools, platforms, and vendors.
  • Ensure all assessment processes meet legal, ethical, and regulatory standards.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support recruitment, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Monitor and continuously improve the reliability and effectiveness of assessments.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team within the assessment and evaluation function.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, innovations, and technologies in psychometrics and workforce assessments.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the Board and senior leadership on talent evaluation and capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in talent assessment, psychometrics, or organizational development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of psychometric testing, competency frameworks, and leadership assessments.
  • Proven track record in implementing large-scale assessment programs.
  • Experience managing external vendors and assessment platforms.
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional ethics.
