Job Description
  
 The Talent Branding Lead will lead strategic initiatives as an employer of choice. This role involves managing a team and collaborating across departments to execute year-round social media and recruitment marketing campaigns, enhance the careers website, and amplify Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
 
 The ideal candidate will be a creative strategist with strong program and stakeholder management skills, and a sharp eye for content quality and brand alignment.
 
 This role will serve as a critical bridge between Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and Corporate Communications, ensuring cohesive messaging and timely execution of branding initiatives across all platforms.
 
 Lead and mentor a team to deliver impactful employer branding initiatives
 
 Strategize and execute social media campaigns that reflect culture and EVP
 
 Plan and run recruitment marketing campaigns aligned with hiring demand.
 
 Manage and optimize the careers website, Glassdoor page, and job board listings.
