We are seeking a detail-oriented Talent Development Admin to support and coordinate talent development initiatives and performance-related activities across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and coordinate talent development and performance cycles
  • Maintain data accuracy, records, and reports related to talent programs
  • Support implementation of talent development strategies and initiatives
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and follow up on action items
  • Ensure governance, confidentiality, and standard process compliance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2–3 years of HR or administrative experience
  • Experience in performance management or talent development is an advantage
  • Strong coordination, reporting, and communication skills
  • English required; Arabic is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
