Job Description

Organize monthly lunch for new joiners and senior leaders
-
Responsible for Day 1 readiness and creating a superlative new joiner experience. This includes collaborating with Hiring Managers to timely identify and prepare workspace. Identifying a “Buddy” for all new joiners and sending timely email to Hiring Managers and Buddies to welcome new joiners during Onboarding.

Identify employees and encouraging them to participate in “Employee Spotlight” by
answering a Q&A about themselves, before publishing it on IFZA Connect for employee
visibility

Arrange IFZA breakfast for employees twice a week
-
Responsible for updating and publishing IFZApedia (list of IFZA specific words) on IFZA
Connect on a regular basis

Organize quarterly IFZA Birthday celebration for employees which requires
collaboration with P&C Ops team and F&B team

Maintain Training database of employees
-
Flight and accommodation booking for new joiners
-
Supporting Marketing with events like Townhall, Long Service Awards etc.

Updating Job descriptions
Requirements
-
Graduate in any discipline, specialization in Human Resources is preferred.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Work experience in the HR department in an organization of similar size
