Location: On-site – Karachi, Pakistan

Experience: 2–3+ Years (IT Enabled Services Company - Related experience would be preferred)

Salary: PKR 90,000 – 100,000/month

DymaxTech is a fast-growing IT-enabled services and digital marketing agency committed to innovation and excellence. As we scale, we’re looking for a skilled and driven HR Manager to lead our recruitment efforts and support broader HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and hiring
• Partner with department leads to understand and fulfill hiring needs
• Build strong processes when and where required
• Oversee employee onboarding, engagement, and retention programs
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
• Maintain accurate HR records and systems (ERP/CRM)
• Assist with payroll coordination and performance reviews

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Admin, or related field
• 2–3+ years of experience in HR with a strong focus on recruitment
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in HR software and recruitment tools
• Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
• Proactive and adaptable mindset
