Talent Management (Human Resources) Intern (Winter 2025 – Summer 2026) – Onsite – Chesterfield, Missouri
The Talent Management Intern will assist with daily operations through hands-on support in key HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee engagement initiatives. By participating in Experitec’s stellar culture of “No Equal”, interns will gain exposure to multiple aspects of Talent Management and learn how HR drives business success. Every task you tackle contributes to creating a positive employee experience and supporting organizational growth.
We’re looking for someone who can start as soon as possible, with the potential to continue through the next semester and summer if it’s a mutual fit.

Our Talent Management Interns are responsible for supporting HR-related processes and projects that enhance the employee experience. This includes assisting with recruitment and talent acquisition, onboarding, training and development, performance management, and general administrative tasks, as well as other duties as assigned.
Assist with ad hoc projects as assigned.
