Talent Management (Human Resources) Intern (Winter 2025 – Summer 2026) – Onsite – Chesterfield, Missouri


The Talent Management Intern will assist with daily operations through hands-on support in key HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee engagement initiatives. By participating in Experitec’s stellar culture of “No Equal”, interns will gain exposure to multiple aspects of Talent Management and learn how HR drives business success. What You’ll Do:

Our Talent Management Interns are responsible for supporting HR-related processes and projects that enhance the employee experience. This includes assisting with recruitment and talent acquisition, onboarding, training and development, performance management, and general administrative tasks, as well as other duties as assigned.

  • Assist with full-cycle recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and help maintain a positive candidate experience.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Perform general administrative needs of Talent Management.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications and HR technology tools.
  • Work within HRIS and administer Experitec’s LMS.
  • Prepare materials for meetings and trainings conducted by Talent Management and/or Leadership Team.
  • Communicate effectively with people across various areas of the business.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects as assigned.

Required Skills, Experience & Abilities

  • Currently enrolled and in good standing in a post-secondary program in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and basic computer skills.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Eager learner with the ability to adapt and grow within the HR field.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs.


Preferred Skills, Experience & Abilities
:

  • Experience using Microsoft Outlook for email communication and calendar scheduling.
  • Actively involved in campus, community, or volunteer activities.
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA.
  • Experience with HR systems (HRIS, LMS) or similar platforms.
  • Demonstrated leadership or teamwork experience.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Prior internship or related work experience in HR or business environment.
