The Talent Manager & PR Executive is responsible for managing influencers, content creators, public figures, and brand ambassadors, as well as executing public relations strategies to enhance client and agency visibility. The role serves as a liaison between clients, talent, media representatives, and internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution, brand partnerships, media coverage, and reputation management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard influencers, content creators, brand ambassadors, and public personalities.
- Maintain and update talent databases, portfolios, and performance records.
- Build and expand the agency's network of creators and industry contacts.
Talent Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned talent.
- Manage communication, expectations, and ongoing relationships with talent.
- Coordinate talent participation in campaigns, events, shoots, and brand collaborations.
- Resolve talent-related issues professionally and efficiently.
Campaign Coordination
- Match suitable talent with client campaigns and brand requirements.
- Ensure talent delivers content and campaign requirements within agreed timelines.
- Monitor campaign execution and coordinate revisions where necessary.
- Track deliverables, approvals, and content publication schedules.
Contract & Negotiation Management
- Negotiate collaboration fees, deliverables, usage rights, and partnership terms.
- Assist in preparing and managing talent agreements and campaign contracts.
- Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations.
Public Relations Responsibilities: Media Relations
- Develop and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, media outlets, and industry stakeholders.
- Pitch stories, press releases, and media opportunities on behalf of clients and the agency.
- Coordinate interviews, media appearances, and press coverage.
PR Strategy & Execution
- Assist in planning and executing PR campaigns for clients and agency projects.
- Develop press releases, media kits, statements, and public communications.
- Monitor media coverage and industry trends.
- Support brand reputation management initiatives.
Event & Brand Representation
- Coordinate media events, product launches, influencer events, and press conferences.
- Represent the agency professionally during meetings, events, and networking opportunities.
- Facilitate collaborations between clients, media, and talent.
Client Communication
- Maintain professional communication with clients regarding campaign progress and PR activities.
- Prepare reports, updates, and presentations for clients and management.
- Ensure client requirements are understood and executed effectively.
Administrative & Reporting Duties
- Maintain accurate records of talent agreements, media contacts, campaign deliverables, and communications.
- Prepare campaign performance reports and PR coverage reports.
- Coordinate invoices, payments, and documentation related to talent collaborations.
- Ensure all assigned tasks are completed within deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Understanding of influencer marketing, social media, branding, and public relations.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns, clients, and talent simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in Public Relations, Influencer Marketing, Talent Management, or Digital Marketing.
- Existing relationships with influencers, media professionals, or industry contacts are an advantage.
- Experience working in an agency environment is preferred.

Pay: Up to Rs50,000.00 per month
