Position Title: Talent Partner (Lead)

Role Summary
The Talent Partner (Lead) will play a strategic and hands-on role in shaping Walee’s talent acquisition framework, employer brand, and candidate experience across regions. This position is responsible for designing and implementing scalable talent strategies, optimizing recruitment operations, and building a strong employer value proposition to attract and retain top talent for Walee.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement the overall Talent Acquisition Framework and Talent Strategy aligned with business growth and organizational priorities.
- Lead the integration of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including process design, SLA definition, and performance metrics.
- Build systems and tools for data-driven hiring decisions and process efficiency.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for complex, senior, and global roles, especially in technology, leadership, and niche functions.
- Establish and manage multiple talent sourcing channels to address diverse and global hiring needs
- Strengthen Walee’s employer brand and digital footprint through storytelling, campaigns, and social presence.
- Partner with HR Business Partners to standardize recruitment practices and tools across teams.
- Provide specialist TA support and capability-building to TA Teams where required, ensuring efficient and high-quality talent outcomes.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5–8 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within tech or digital industries.
- Proven experience in designing and executing talent frameworks, employer branding, and ATS implementation.
- Strong understanding of global and technical hiring landscapes.
- Experience managing high-level or specialized roles end-to-end.
