Duties

• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies utilizing social media management tools.
• Conduct thorough interviews, leveraging strong interviewing skills to assess candidate fit and potential.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and external partners through relationship management techniques
• Lead employer branding efforts by utilizing social media platforms and outreach campaigns to attract top talent
• Support onboarding processes including employee orientation and training & development programs

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruiting across multiple channels a plus
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage candidates effectively at all levels
• Strong negotiation skills to facilitate competitive offers that meet organizational needs
• Ability to research market trends and generate leads for talent acquisition efforts
• Proficiency in social media management for recruitment campaigns and brand promotion
• Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in employee evaluation and contracts management

Pay: $25,000.00 - $868,725.90 per year
