Talesales officer

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our sales team. The primary role of this position is to engage with prospective clients, promote our products or services, and convert leads into sales through phone calls. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work towards meeting sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a telesales or telemarketing role (1-2 years preferred).
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade customers.
• Ability to handle objections and remain professional under pressure.
• Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable using CRM software, phone systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business or related field is a plus.
