Talking Head Video Editor

Role Description

We’re looking for a high level video editor who understands not just how to edit, but why certain choices make content engaging. This is a remote position, ideal for someone who wants to grow long term and take real ownership of their craft.

What You'll do

• Edit using Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects
• Create smooth, engaging pacing for high retention
• Design purposeful motion graphics (no unnecessary effects)
• Maintain consistent visual quality across all videos
• Use high-quality B-roll (movie clips, premium stock — no generic content)
• Apply cinematic thinking (B-roll vs talking head, sound impact)
• Handle typography with clarity (readability, placement, purpose)
• Ensure clean composition, symmetry, and framing
• Add music & sound design that enhances, not distracts

Deliverables

• 4–6 fully polished, high-quality videos per month

Workflow & Expectations

• Follow internal SOPs and editing standards
• Stay active on Discord during work hours
• Share regular progress reports
• Attend team meetings when required

Equipement & Growth

• Start with your own system
• High performers get upgraded company-provided hardware within 1–2 months

Work Structure

• Remote
• Start time: 11:00 AM onwards
• Weekends off (Saturday & Sunday)

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
