Tally Operator/ Billing Executive

Plati India Pvt. Ltd. is a reputed manufacturer of alloy wheels, serving dealers and distributors across India. We are looking for a Tally Operator / Billing Executive (Male Candidate) to manage billing, accounts entries, and related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate sales invoices, purchase bills, and credit/debit notes in Tally ERP
• Maintain and update accounting records, vouchers, and ledgers
• Coordinate with sales and dispatch teams for billing accuracy
• Handle GST entries, tax invoices, and related compliance
• Prepare reports on sales, outstanding payments, and accounts
• Assist in day-to-day accounting and reconciliation work
• Ensure timely and error-free billing

Candidate Requirements:

• Male candidate preferred
• Graduate in Commerce or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in Tally ERP / Billing
• Knowledge of GST, billing procedures, and accounting basics
• Proficiency in MS Excel is a plus
• Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
