Kaffu Salla is excited to offer a Tamheer / Fresh Graduate Pool program designed to provide recent graduates and entry-level candidates with valuable hands-on experience in the e-commerce industry.

This opportunity is ideal for motivated individuals looking to learn, grow, and contribute to the success of Salla merchants through practical training and real-world projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist various teams including marketing, operations, customer support, and content in daily tasks and projects.
• Learn and apply e-commerce best practices, tools, and platforms under guidance.
• Support store setup, product onboarding, and promotional activities for Salla merchants.
• Participate in workshops and training sessions to enhance professional skills.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and deadlines.
• Gain exposure to different aspects of e-commerce business operations.

Requirements

• Recent graduate or final year student in any relevant field (business, marketing, communications, IT, or related).
• Strong interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, or retail technology.
• Good communication skills in Arabic and/or English.
• Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and work as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills, familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace.
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and commitment to professional growth.

Preferred / Nice to Have

• Prior internship or volunteer experience in related fields.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Salla or Shopify.
