Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver Tamil language and literature lessons.
• Design engaging lesson plans and educational materials daily.
• Assess student performance through tests and assignments regularly.
• Provide individualized support for students needing extra help.
• Encourage interactive discussions on Tamil culture and heritage.
• Maintain classroom discipline and a respectful learning environment.
• Coordinate with parents and guardians about student progress.
• Participate in school events, cultural programmes and language activities.

Skill & Experience

• Fluent Tamil language proficiency: reading, writing, speaking.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Ability to create engaging lesson plans for varied learners.
• Patience and understanding with diverse student language abilities.
• Basic assessment and feedback skills to track student progress.
• Good classroom management and organizational skills under pressure.
