Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Tamil Teacher to join our faculty in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This on-site role involves preparing and delivering engaging Tamil language lessons across assigned grades, fostering a love for learning the language and its related culture. The teacher will develop lesson plans, assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual and class needs. Collaboration with colleagues and communication with parents to ensure student success will also form a key aspect of daily responsibilities.

Qualifications

• B. Ed. Mandatory
• Strong skills in Lesson Planning and Education tailored for language teaching
• Effective Communication skills for engaging with students, parents, and colleagues
• Proficiency in Teaching methods and techniques, particularly for language acquisition
• Experience in Training and guiding learners to achieve academic and cultural excellence
• Bachelor's degree in Tamil, Education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Fluency in Tamil, with a strong command of English for communication purposes
• Familiarity with the CBSE curriculum and previous experience in teaching Tamil is an advantage
• Passion for education, cultural awareness, and a collaborative mindset
