Duties

• Assess training needs through collaboration with managers and team members to identify skill gaps and development opportunities
• Develop training materials, manuals, and digital resources that are clear, accessible, and aligned with organizational goals
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics, making improvements as needed
• Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, venue setup, and resource management
• Support onboarding processes by guiding new employees through orientation programs and initial skill development
• Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and certifications to ensure compliance and track progress

Qualifications

• Proven experience in developing and delivering effective training programs in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences and foster a positive learning atmosphere
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in planning and record-keeping
• Ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles and organizational needs
• Familiarity with instructional design principles and digital learning tools is preferred
