Duties

• Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a positive experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas, guest rooms, and facilities
• Support event setup and breakdown as needed for special occasions or corporate functions
• Handle guest inquiries, provide information about local attractions, and address concerns promptly
• Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies to ensure smooth daily operations
• Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of service quality and safety protocols
• Contribute ideas for improving guest satisfaction and operational efficiency

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus but not required; training will be provided
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn new skills
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to stand for extended periods
