Tank Technician/Yard Hand

Job Title: Tank Technician & Yard Hand (Entry-Level)

Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Day Shift (Overtime as needed)

Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Tank Technician & Yard Hand to join our team. This entry-level role is responsible for preparing fuel tanks for delivery, assisting with basic mechanical work, and maintaining a clean and organized yard and shop. This is a great opportunity for someone who is mechanically inclined, enjoys hands-on work, and wants to grow within a stable company.

Responsibilities:

• Clean, prep, and paint fuel tanks to ensure they are delivery-ready
• Install, inspect, and repair pumps and tank components
• Perform basic mechanical troubleshooting and repairs
• Operate a forklift to move tanks and equipment (training available if needed)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of yard and shop areas
• Assist management and team members with daily operational tasks

Qualifications:

• Mechanical aptitude or hands-on experience preferred
• Forklift experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Dependable, safety-focused, and detail-oriented
• Willingness to learn and take direction
