Tavel Consultant (Hajj & Umrah)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Travel Consultant with a strong background in Hajj & Umrah tourism. You will help clients plan, book, and manage their trips, ensuring a seamless and meaningful journey.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on Hajj & Umrah packages and recommend the best options.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries quickly.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Build lasting relationships with clients and ensure repeat business.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in travel sales, preferably in Hajj & Umrah.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi visa procedures and travel arrangements.
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
• Arabic fluency required; English is a plus.
