Job description
You will be part of the Accounting team of 5 persons in our main office in Cekmekoy (Istanbul), and you will also work in direct contact with our Finance team at Headquarter of the Group in France.
As Accountant, you support all accounting and finance transaction of the company. You will be mainly focus on general accounting and month end closing entries. You participate in the month end closing process of financial statements and all tax related tasks.
Your main missions:
Tax :
- Manage all monthly tax process, VAT Refund process, e-book monthly submission
- Corporate tax submissions (quarterly and yearly)
- Work with auditors and consultants
Accounting and Bookkeeping:
- Completing tasks related to general accounting in accordance with the fiscal requirements
- Bookkeeping of import and export documents
- Bookkeeping of daily purchase invoices and the personnel expenses
- Regular reconciliation of Customer and Supplier accounts
- Provide support to monthly closings for Accounting
- Provide support for E-Invoice and E-Delivery Note processes
Profile required
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a similar area
- At least 3 years of experience as Accountant.
- Experience in tax process and accounting closing process are compulsory for this mission
- Experience in general accounting and Turkish Chart of Accounts
- Ability to speak, read and write in English in advanced level.
- Ability to use office programmes, experienced in Mikro and ERP IFS
- It is a must for male candidates to have served in military
- Good team player, reliable and open-minded
