Key accountabilities & activities:

Review of Company’s documents to ensure compliance with Tax and Zakat Laws (including VAT, WHT etc).

Ensure vendor invoices received are compliant with Input VAT regulations.

Accurately preparing and filing tax returns (Tax, Zakat, VAT & WHT) in a timely manner.

Ensure proper settlement of all Direct and Indirect Taxes and their due reporting to authorities.

Review of all Direct and Indirect Tax matters and ensure all relevant compliance.

Coordination and liaison with relevant authorities for any tax related matters.

Coordination and liaison with external tax consultants on ad-hoc basis.
-
Preparation of necessary documentation for transfer pricing requirements.
-
Completing responses and schedules in preparation for tax audits.
-
Preparation of other reports, presentations and analyses on an ad-hoc basis.
-
Develop and suggest improvement in Direct and Indirect Tax processes and policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.

Provide support to Finance Function on ad-hoc basis
Qualifications & Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, taxation, finance, business or related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role.

Hands-on knowledge of Tax legislation in KSA (including Zakat, Tax, VAT and WHT).

Experience in the submission of VAT and WHT returns in KSA.

Expertise in data presentation and accuracy.
-
Fluent in written & spoken Arabic & English languages.
-
Strong command over Microsoft Office.
