A Bryson Case Manager serves on the Accounting & Tax Team, guiding each case file from engagement through the conclusion of work.  The Case Manager operates as the primary point of contact for Clients and acts as the administrator of all BATS services from engagement to completion.

  • Manages the Client’s Case Management files throughout engagement and works to retain the clients for ongoing and additional services;
  • Contacts Clients via their preferred method of communication to request tax documents and information needed for tax and accounting files;
  • Answers, screens, and transfers inbound phone calls and performs other administrative tasks as needed to include scanning, faxing, copying, sorting, etc.;
  • Assists the Team with synthesizing Client information, preparing returns, delivering returns to clients, filing returns, and with any other tasks required to ensure the timely meeting of all tax deadlines;
  • Responsible for reviewing each case file periodically to ensure that BATS continues to work within the scope of the services engaged for, and identifies any additional services needed for which an Upgrade may be required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 2 years (Required)
  • Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
