Our client Habib Law & Co is looking for a Tax Assistant - Income Tax & Compliance in Karachi

We are looking for a Tax Assistant who has knowledge of Income Tax work, return filing, withholding statements, and FBR portal handling. The candidate should be able to maintain tax records, prepare basic tax workings, and assist in compliance related matters. Basic knowledge of Sales Tax/SRB and MS Excel will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns.
• Preparation and filing of Withholding Tax Statements.
• Handling work related to FBR portal and tax compliance.
• Maintaining tax records and client documents.
• Assisting in notices, reconciliations, and tax matters.
• Basic knowledge of Sales Tax and SRB will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• 1–2 years of experience in Income Tax work.
• Basic knowledge of FBR procedures and tax laws.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
