Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Tax Compliance Officer to oversee tax processes, monitor compliance frameworks, and ensure adherence to financial regulations. This role requires strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and the ability to deliver accurate compliance insights that strengthen organizational integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Tax Compliance: Ensure adherence to local and international tax laws, including VAT and corporate tax.
• Audit Support: Assist in preparing documentation and responding to tax audits.
• Risk Assessment: Identify potential tax risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Reporting: Prepare tax filings, compliance reports, and recommendations for management.
• Policy Implementation: Support the development and enforcement of tax compliance policies.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with regulators, auditors, and internal teams.
• Continuous Improvement: Recommend process enhancements to strengthen compliance efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in tax compliance or auditing.
• Strong knowledge of tax frameworks and GCC regulatory environments.
• Proficiency in tax software, ERP systems, and reporting platforms.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in multinational or regional organizations preferred.

Pay: Up to RO1,700.000 per month
