Tax Executive

We are a leading Chartered Accountants firm in Karachi seeking an experienced Tax Executive to join our Taxation Services team. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in Income Tax, Sales Tax, FBR compliance, tax return preparation, and client coordination. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and file Income Tax and Sales Tax returns.
• Prepare tax computations, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax-related reports.
• Liaise with clients to obtain information and resolve routine tax matters.
• Draft correspondence, replies, and submissions to tax authorities.
• Conduct research on tax laws, notifications, circulars, and case laws.
• Maintain client records, compliance trackers, and filing deadlines.
• Assist senior team members in tax assessments, audits, advisory assignments, and litigation support.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned engagements while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Perform other taxation-related assignments as required.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates with a professional qualification (CA, CMA, ACCA) background will be preferred.
• 2–3 years of relevant taxation experience with a reputable Chartered Accountants firm or tax consultancy.
• Sound knowledge of Pakistani Income Tax and Sales Tax laws, FBR IRIS, and e-filing procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
