Required Tax Officer
Location: Johar Town Lahore.
Education: Minimum Bachelor in Accounts & Finance
Prepare and timely filing of Federal and Provincial Sales Tax returns.
- Prepare and deposit of withholding tax payments sales tax and income tax.
- Reconciliation of ledgers.
- Providing & receiving sales tax & income tax withholding challan.
- Providing tax reviews after proper verifications.
- Communicate within departments related to the rectifications.
- Resolve daily tax queries related to ST and IT.
- Assist in the preparation of all the necessary records and data for submission to FBR.
- Strong follow-ups related to tax matters with the concerned departments.
- Update with current laws, rules & regulations of sales & income taxes.
- Daily reporting of all the current and pending issues related to taxation.
- Any task assigned by the management & miscellaneous activities.
Requirements and skills
- Work experience of almost 3 or 5 years in Accounts & Taxation.
- Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures.
- Familiarity with accounting software.
- Computer literacy (MS Excel in particular).
- Good analytical and time management skills.
- Good numeracy skills.
- For masters, preference will be given to Finance or relevant subjects.
