• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining complex tax concepts clearly and answering client questions confidently
• Assist clients with bookkeeping tasks, including data entry using 10-key typing skills and maintaining organized records

<Requirements>

• Proven experience in tax preparation, public accounting, or related financial roles with a solid understanding of tax concepts
• Excellent analysis skills combined with math proficiency for accurate calculations and data interpretation
• Effective communication skills for marketing services and explaining financial concepts to clients
• Ability to perform detailed analysis using 10-key typing skills efficiently under deadlines
