Job Summary
Want to Earn "EXTRA" INCOME....We are seeking detail-oriented and motivated Tax Preparers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate tax returns for individuals and small businesses,(YOU MUST BE ABLE TO ONBOARD YOUR OWN 15 CLIENTS,IF YOU ARE VIRTUAL AND IN PERSON WE ASK THAT YOU ARE ABLE TO ONBOARD YOUR OWN 10 CLIENTS, THESE ARE MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS) ensuring compliance with current tax laws and regulations. Your expertise will help clients maximize their refunds and minimize liabilities while providing exceptional customer service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your accounting and tax experience in a fast-paced environment that values precision, efficiency, and proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze financial data from clients to prepare federal, state, and local tax returns using a specialized tax software.
• Review financial documents, including income statements, balance sheets, and expense reports, to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Stay updated on current tax laws, regulations, and industry best practices to provide compliant and optimized tax solutions.
• Communicate complex tax concepts clearly to clients, offering guidance on deductions, credits, and planning strategies.
• Be able to MANDATORY adhere to training for 8-12 weeks beginning in September(Virtual or Hybrid)
• Maintain organized records of all client files, correspondence, and completed returns for future reference.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes related to bookkeeping, accounting procedures, and client service delivery.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of computer skills
• Proficiency in customer service

Pay: From $2,500.00 per week

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)
