Responsibilities

• Prepare and review individual, business, and corporate tax returns, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations
• Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Taxdome, and other financial tools to organize and analyze financial data
• Conduct detailed analysis of financial statements and concepts to provide strategic insights for clients
• Assist clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and general ledger management using technical accounting practices
• Offer exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally
• Support marketing efforts by explaining tax benefits and financial solutions to prospective clients
• Maintain accurate records of all tax filings, client communications, and financial documentation
• Update clients and schedule appointments.

Experience

• Proven experience in public accounting or corporate accounting environments with a focus on tax preparation or related financial services
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial concepts
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Taxdome, or similar platforms
• Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data effectively
• Demonstrated expertise in bookkeeping, technical accounting, and financial analysis
• Ability to perform 10-key typing efficiently for data entry tasks
• Strong math skills combined with attention to detail for precise calculations and documentation
• Bilingual/ spanish
