Duties

• Prepare and review individual, business, and corporate tax returns with precision and attention to detail
• Analyze financial statements and apply relevant tax laws to maximize client benefits
• Use accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, and other financial tools to organize and manage client data
• Provide expert advice on tax planning strategies to support ownership expansion and financial growth
• Conduct client consultations to understand their financial goals and develop tailored solutions
• Assist clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and compliance requirements using technical accounting knowledge
• Support marketing efforts by promoting tax services and expanding client relationships through excellent customer service

Experience

• Proven experience in public accounting or corporate accounting environments with a focus on tax preparation
• Strong understanding of financial concepts, analysis skills, and mathematical proficiency
• Hands-on experience with accounting software including QuickBooks, Sage, or similar platforms
• Demonstrated ability in financial sales, marketing, and customer service to attract and retain clients
• Knowledge of technical accounting practices such as bookkeeping, payroll processing, and compliance standards
• Excellent analysis skills complemented by proficiency in 10-key typing for efficient data entry
• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and professionally to diverse clients
