Tax & Project Manager

Job Description

We’re hiring a Tax & Finance Manager (7+ years) to handle tax compliance, VAT refunds, transfer pricing and audits while supporting internal controls — English and Turkish fluency and strong Excel skills required. A proactive, hands-on mindset and experience working with international stakeholders will make you successful.

Job Description

• Ensure tax compliance in-line with both local tax regulations and corporate standards,
• Manage relationship with the tax and governmental authorities,
• Coordinate and manage the Tax and Custom audits/litigations,
• Manage all steps of the VAT Refund processes,
• Completion of the annual Transfer Pricing Reporting activities,
• Being responsible for internal financial controls. Prepare and present the monthly/quarterly/annually financial controlling activities,
• Prepare, update and monitor the Standard Operating Procedures for Finance Department
  
  

Qualifications

• Tax and Finance background through academic (e.g. Business Administration, Finance, or Controlling), or specialized education (CPA),
• Minimum 7 years of experience in tax and/or audit in an international setting,
• Very good MS Office skills (mainly Excel),
• Fluent in English (proficiency level) and Turkish.
• Pro-active, entrepreneurial, goal-oriented and hands-on approach; accustomed to working independently and self-organized,
• Ability to manage stakeholders in different locations,
