We are seeking a Tax Resolution Experienced individual to join our team this position is full time. The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate clients' long-term care, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively as you will be gathering documentation & information per case. Its essential to be able to communicate with a team & clientele being capable of multitasking/managing their time & schedule.
Bilingual - Spanish / English (Preferred)
Duties:

Schedule call times with clients

Able to collect & review documents

Asses information received.

Coordinate accordingly with team members.

Monitor clients' progress.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date case notes and documentation.

Experience:

2+ Years experience in Tax Resolution Case Management

Strong communication skills.
-
Proficient computer skills.
-
Demonstrate careful attention to detail.
-
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.

QuickBooks Experience preferred & Excel.
