Job Type: Full-Time (On-site | Night Shift)
Work Hours: 6:00 PM – 03:00 AM (Monday to Friday) – Seasonal schedule may be 7 days/week, 10 hours/day

Salary: Market Competitive (Based on Experience)

Position Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented US Tax Specialist with strong knowledge of US tax laws and IRS compliance. The ideal candidate will efficiently manage multiple client portfolios while ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all tax-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review US federal and state tax returns for individuals and businesses
• Ensure compliance with IRS guidelines and US tax codes
• Communicate professionally with clients via email and phone
• Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2–3 years of experience in US tax preparation
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and IRS regulations
• Proficiency in accounting tools and tax software
• Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
