TC SPECIALTY HOST

General Summary of Job Duties: The Twin Creeks Specialty Host will be responsible for assessing the dining room for table availability and maintaining overall table assignments, rotations, and guest flow in the dining room. Will work to coordinate flow of traffic and maintain wait times. Also responsible for assisting to prepare daily floor plan prior to opening, check condition of menus, maintain cleanliness, organize host podium, promote specials and other duties as assigned. A minimum of 6 months’ previous experience is preferred in a fine dining establishment.

Principle Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Have great guest service.
  • Must be able to have a positive attitude and Smile.
  • Must always have been welcoming guest.
  • Must be able to greet and give a departing farewell to guest with a positive attitude.
  • Must Present a professional attitude and appearance.
  • Acknowledge guest opportunities and offer options.
  • Maintains a high quality of guest service according to Silverton Style.
  • Check for proper identification of a guest appearing to be under the age of 35 years old.
  • Thorough knowledge of applicable Company and departmental policies and procedures as well as the willingness to learn and follow any policy or procedure that may be introduced in the future.
  • Adheres to all appearance and uniform standards.
  • Maintains an open line of communication with Managers.
  • Maintains a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions with guests, fellow Team Members, and Vendors.
  • The Ability to accept performance feedback in a professional manner.
  • Regular attendance on all scheduled shifts is considered an essential function of the job.
  • Arriving on time for all scheduled shifts is considered an essential function of the job.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Ability to communicate in English with guests and co-workers.
