• Should be flexible with Australian Shift (3.30 AM/4.30 AM IST to 1.30 PM/2.30 PM)

· Step 3: Click New user (Register with us)

· Step 4: Select "BPO" in areas of interest and complete the registration. (Fill the details)

· Step 5: Once completed, your TCS no. would be generated which starts from EP2024XXXX.

· Step 6: You will receive the EP number on your personal e-mail ID.

Role

Management of Low value transactional sourcing, RFx Management, Tender document creation, Conducting Sourcing Events, Negotiation, Supplier Selection and Qualification, Contract creation and contract management etc.

Skills

• Category Identification and Management, RFx Management, Sourcing Event management, Supplier Selection, End to End Source to Pay Knowledge.
• Essential to have ERP system hands on experience, preferably in SAP SAP ERP In-tend, Simfoni etc.

Responsibilities:

Core Competencies:

• To Perform and Deliver the below activities:
• Low-Value Transactional Sourcing Event Management:
• Manage and understand business requirements for inclusion in the Business Case and obtain financial approval to proceed
• Finalize the specification and develop commercial tender documents which are aligned with British Council’s requirements and suitable to go to market
• Manage low-value sourcing events in line with relevant policies
• Evaluate & select suppliers in line with relevant policies
• Draft & perform Quality Assurance on Contracts
• Upload and manage e-Commercial Contracts
• Liaising with client for any changes in the Policies
