Established in 1996, A-One Chipseal Co. is a full-service asphalt maintenance and pavement preservation company located in Denver, Colorado. In January 2009, A-One Chipseal purchased the assets of Rocky Mountain Pavement Maintenance, Inc. and in September 2022, we purchased the assets of Rocky Mountain Parking Lot Services, Inc. We provide preventive maintenance construction including resurfacing asphalt streets, roads, parking lots and highways and have completed numerous diverse projects for various cities, counties and CDOT across the Front Range.

We are looking for Traffic Control Supervisors to join our team in Colorado Springs, CO!

DESCRIPTION

A Traffic Control Supervisor is responsible for planning, scheduling, and supervising work crews performing traffic control tasks, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations. They manage traffic flow, coordinate with other departments, and provide training and support to staff.

WORK EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS

• PRIOR Experience in traffic control services and a current TCS and flagger certification is a must. In-house flagging certification available
• Able to provide CCA or ATTSA documentation
• Current driver’s license with a satisfactory motor vehicle record
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug test and submit to random drug and alcohol tests
• Must be able to provide legal right to work in the U.S as A-1 Chipseal participates in E-Verify
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Must be a self-starter and team player who is motivated, reliable, and accountable
• Must be able to take and follow direction and have strong communication skills
• Must be trustworthy and honest
• Must be 100% compliant of all safety requirements and policies
• Follow company and state guidelines for effective, safe and well managed work zones
• Work zone set up, maintenance and tear down.
