Job Title: Bubble Tea Barista (Full-Time/Part-Time)

Location: Fresh meadows

Salary: Base Pay + Tips + Performance Bonus | Training Provided

Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join TEAPULSE Tea as Bubble Tea Baristas! In this role, you’ll master the art of crafting delicious drinks, maintain high standards of cleanliness, and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

* Learn and follow store procedures for drink preparation, sanitation, and workflow.

* Adhere to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for consistent beverage quality.

* Maintain strict hygiene practices (personal and workspace cleanliness).

* Assist with inventory stocking and equipment upkeep.

* Collaborate with team members during peak hours.

* Follow instructions from shift managers and communicate feedback proactively.

Requirements:

• English(Bilingual a plus!) – ability to communicate with team and customers.
• No experience needed – we provide paid training!
• Strong work ethic: Punctual, detail-oriented, and able to handle busy shifts.
• Flexible schedule: Willing to work rotating shifts (weekends/holidays as needed).
• Team player: Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Preferred (but Not Required): Prior experience in food/beverage service. Knowledge of bubble tea ingredients and trends.
