Key Responsibilities:
l Prepare and serve a variety of tea drinks, including those made with fruits, milk, tea, tapioca pearls, and other creative toppings, following established recipes and quality standards.
l Ensure the correct ingredients and proportions are used for each drink, including tea, milk, fresh fruits, tapioca pearls, and other toppings.
l Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station, including prepping ingredients (e.g., cutting fruits) and cleaning equipment.
l Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and offering recommendations.
l Assist in inventory management, ensuring all ingredients (including fruits) and supplies are stocked and stored properly.
l Adhere to company health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe and clean environment for customers and staff.
l Handle cash and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
l Assist in training new team members on drink preparation and operational procedures.
l Stay updated on new menu items, seasonal specials, and promotions to enhance the customer experience.
l Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager or supervisor.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in retail, food service, or hospitality management.
Strong leadership and decision-making skills.

As a barista, you are expected to perform a range of essential job functions in a fast-paced, customer-facing retail environment. You must be able to perform the following duties, with or without reasonable accommodation:
