Tea Barista, Shift Leader

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages and teas according to established recipes and standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the working area, including equipment, utensils, and seating areas.
• Adhere to food safety guidelines to ensure the highest quality of products served.
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of supplies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours while managing time effectively.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a bubble shop or food service environment is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy setting.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being able to take initiative when needed.
• A friendly demeanor with strong communication skills to engage with customers effectively.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.20 - $25.00 per year
