Job Vacancy – Female Candidates (Gen Z)

We are currently seeking Female Gen Z candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Must be on a Visit Visa
• No prior experience required
• Well-groomed and presentable
• Clear English communication skills are mandatory
• Age below 26 years
• Ready to work in any emirate

1.Be present in complete Gong Cha uniform at least 90 minutes before opening time of the outlet. Uniform should be clean and ironed and you should be properly groomed.

2.To make sure the customer leaves the store with a smile on their face by maintaining the highest standard of service and product quality.

3.Greeting guests in a friendly manner and taking orders accurately and repeating all orders to the guest.

4.Crafting and preparing certain food and beverage items to spec and customer satisfaction.

5.This position requires knowledge of the menu items, their preparation, and their ingredients.

6.Kitchen Preparation: Brew Tea, Cook Pearl (boba), Chop Fruits, Mix Foam

7.Tea Making: Prepare and serve beverages following recipes

8.Responsible for delivering orders to the guest and is responsible for accurate cash control.

9.Responsible for cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen, dining room, rest rooms or public facing areas.

10.All orders must be verified for correctness and completion in a timely manner.

11.Handle customer’s complaints in a quick and fair manner. Fair to the customer as well as fair to the company.

12.Offer the customer the current months promotion by explaining the benefits of the promotion
