We are seeking a skilled Tea Master & Supplier to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a passion for tea, a keen sense of taste, and experience in sourcing and blending high-quality tea.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing high-quality tea leaves from various regions across India.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with tea suppliers and farmers.
• Conducting tea tastings and evaluations to ensure product quality.
• Creating unique blends and flavors based on market trends and customer preferences.
• Training staff and customers on tea preparation and brewing techniques.
• Managing inventory and ensuring proper storage of tea products.
• Good communication and customer service skills

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in tea sourcing, production, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of different types of tea and their flavor profiles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to conduct sensory evaluations and make quality assessments.
• Proficiency in inventory management and supply chain processes.
• Basic understanding of food safety and quality standards.
